Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after ordering. After that, the order is usually already in the shipping process.

We accept: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders. Customs fees and taxes are already included (DDP).
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Where do I send my return?
Our official return address will be provided after contacting our customer service.
Please request approval in advance at info@becker-basel.com.
What to do in case of defects?
Send us your order number and photos of the defect to our support. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After the return is inspected, the refund will be processed within approximately 7 business days to the original payment method.
